Christopher R. Mr. Neufeld draws upon his extensive experience in New York City as a corporate securities attorney on Wall Street and now with the business law firm of Neufeld Legal Professional Corporation, which works with business enterprises engaged in commercial activities in Alberta and Ontario.

Mr. Neufeld’s legal practice includes the representation of both established and emerging businesses in merger, acquisition, divestiture and related reorganization transactions, including the structuring, negotiating and documenting of a vast array of commercial transactions. Mr. Neufeld’s legal counsel is not only sought in the development and expansion of businesses, as well as their day-to-day operations, but amidst corporate crisis (both internally and externally created), to overcome the legal and/or financial turmoil that is adversely impacting corporate clients.
